DTG Printing

Direct to garment printing (DTG) is one of the best ways to add full colour and single colour images to 100% cotton garments. 

It doesn’t matter whether you want a Dark Garment or a Light Garment (such as white), DTG prints great. 

Dark garments are the more complicated of the two and will always add a white layer under any of the colours so that they are bright and vibrant. With light coloured garments we can print directly onto the shirts and the ink is more absorbed than the darker shirts. 

The beauty of DTG as opposed to Screen Printing is that we can customise the size of the prints for each size shirt.  Image a print that fits well on a small shirt, then when you add that same size print to a say 5XL size shirt it can look out of place.  DTG lets us change it to suit the shirt. NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Another benefit is we don’t normally charge a set up fee for each individual colour as with screen printing. DTG is a great option for printing lower numbers shirts but still has the ability to print thousands if you want.
