VINYL Printing and Transfers

Some garment types will not suit DTG Printing and low numbers makes them uncosteffective. For these we use vinyl. 

There are two options with vinyl. 

1. we can use a coloured vinyl and cut out letters and shapes using a cutting machine. For simple logos and text this is perfect but can become time consuming with very detailed images.
2. The other option for vinyl is using our Roland Print and Cut machine that prints onto a vinyl in full colour.  This allows us to add multi coloured logos and images to just about any item, such as: Polo Shirts, Hats/Caps, Bags, and the like. You think of it we can add it. 

We have found that for low numbers of polyester garments such as T Shirts and Polo Shirts, print and cut vinyl is the perfect solution.
